The development history of impact pulverizer

In 1924, the German first developed single and double rotor impact pulverizer, and then crusher structure was similar to the modern squirrel cage crusher; in 1942, German Andreson summarized the structural characteristics and working principle of squirrel cage and invented AP series impact pulverizer which was similar to the modern crusher in structure. Benefited from its relatively high production efficiency and capacity to handle larger materials, as well as its simple structure and easy maintenance, this crusher had been developing rapidly.
There are very extensive series of impact pulverizer, from the coarse crushing impact pulverizer and sand making impact pulverizer, it involves totally of eight series, nearly 100 kinds of specifications. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the mobility of the crusher, people has also developed tire and crawler mobile crushing stations, and wheeled crusher is more popular in the Americas, the crawler more popular in Europe. 

In fact, the development of impact pulverizer in China is relatively late; to 50s of last century, China really had impact pulverizer, so we said the crushing and screening equipment in China mostly were come out in the 1950s. Until the 80s of the last century, our domestic impact pulverizer had been limited to the processing of hard materials such as coal and limestone. Later, China introduced KHD-type hard rock impact pulverizer, filling the gaps, but still behind abroad of decades. The breakthrough of wear-resistant materials makes the development of impact pulverizer flourish.
