Introduction to Stone Crushing Production Line 

The general process of stone crushing production line, also called the stone crusher plant, stone crushing plant, stone produciton line or rock crushing plant, is as follows: (silo)-feeder-jaw crusher-impact crusher-vibrating screen-(finished product). Machines are connected by conveyors. First of all, stones are evenly sent to coarse crusher of the stone production line by feeder for preliminary crushing, and crude materials are transmitted to impact crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing, then the materials after fine crushing will be sent into the vibrating screening, which will produce stones with different specifications, and the stones that do not meet the size requirements will be sent back into the impact crusher for secondary crushing, thus finishing the process of the stone production line.
