Shaking Table Separation and Jerking Table

    As the key equipments for gravity concentration, the shaking table separation and jerking table are widely used in the sorting of placer gold and other minerals and mainly used for the separation of gold and coal. The shaking table separation and jerking table are usually composed of three parts, the bed, the rack, and the transmission device. The entire bed surface is supported or lifted by the rack, and the rack is equipped with slope adjusting device.

    The shaking table separation and jerking table are able to make the ore grains move along the different direction according to the density and particle size. At last, the ore grain is discharged along the edge of the bed surface. Due to the long ore exhausting line, the shaking table separation and jerking table or mineral processing shaking table can accurately separate a variety of products with different quality, such as concentrate, time concentrate, medium concentrate, tailings, and so on.
According to the purpose of separation, the shaking table separation and jerking table can be divided into the ore processing shaking table, slime processing shaking table and glass reinforced plastic processing shaking table. According to the model of the concentrator table, the mineral processing shaking table can be divided into the 6-S series mineral processing shaking table, LS series mineral processing shaking table, and so on.
