Classifier refers to the rotary separator, which is belongs to mining machine used to separate the dust and impurities from sand by the buoyancy effect of water. The agitation of the spiral can achieve the purpose of filter moisture and impurities, lifting and transportation, and stirring during the lifting process, to produce uniform sand without the difference of fine sand and coarse sand. 

Characteristics: Classifier has characteristics of long screw body, good sealing system, simple structure, strong processing capacity, easy to maintain, low water and clay in finished sand, etc. Therefore, it is widely used in ore mining industry, mineral processing plant by form closed loop with ball mill to diverse sand mine, gravity concentrators to classify ore and fine clay, metal ore dressing process for particle size grading of pulp, as well as desliming and dehydrating operation in ore washing process. 

Working principle: Classifier separates dust and impurities from sand by the principle that materials with different particle size and density has a different velocity in the fluid. Material with fine particle size and small density of has a small and slow velocity, while material with large particle size and high density has a fast sedimentation speed. In addition, the evenly stirring of the spiral slice can achieve the purpose of filter moisture and impurities, lifting and transportation.
