The double row spherical roller bearings have the advantages of strong bearing capacity and perfect aligning performance. Therefore, the double row spherical roller bearing is ofen chosen as the bearing of the rotor of the compound crusher. In addition, the service life of the bearing should be 5000h to 10000h.
Secondly, we must improve the force status of the bearing of the compound crusher. The impact load acting on the bearing depends on the impulse on the rotor and the support flexibility of the bearing seat. Increasing the support flexibility of the bearing seat will reduce the impact load acting on the bearing. To do this, we can add a rubber pad with appropriate thickness between the bearing seat and the support frame board in order to improve the support flexibility of the bearing seat. Since the rubber plate added increases the support softness, part of the vibration energy is absorbed, which can improve the stress condition of the bearing to achieve the purpose to prolong the service life of the bearing.
