The application and daily maintenance of rock breaker

In the engineering field, it is the ideal production equipment for mechanism sand, cushion material, asphalt concrete and cement concrete aggregate. In the mining field, it is widely used in pre-grinding industrial process; it can produce a large number of fine ore, reducing the high cost of grinding load.

Rock breaker machine maintenance is a very important regular work; it should be closely cooperated with the operation and upkeep of the machine. And we need to pay attention on the following points in daily operation. 

1, bearing takes on the full load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship to bearing life and directly affects the service life and running rate of the machine. 

2, the newly installed tire is easily loosened, please check it frequently. 

3, pay attention to the normal work of machine parts. 

4, check the wear degree of wear parts and replace the worn parts timely. 

5, weed out dust and dirt on frame plane where put movable device to avoid bearing cannot move on the chassis freely and cause serious accident. 

6, if bearing temperature is over high, please stop to check the reason and eliminate it. 

7, if the rotary gear makes impact noise in operation, please stop to check and eliminate it.
