High frequency screen is widely used to screen (including dry and wet type), grade and dewater materials in beneficiation, coal separation, chemicals, bricks, food, pharmaceutical, caustic soda, fertilizers, paper and other industries. In fine classification process, screening efficiency can be up to 70% if given appropriate feeding concentration and feeding particle size (200 mesh content), and the difference between sieve particle size and feeding particle size is less than 30 percent. High screening efficiency can significantly reduce the qualified gain content in cyclic loading and screening. High frequency screen has a strict control on the particle size of materials under screening so that it can eliminate the adverse effect on concentrate grade. In addition, the high-density small particles are easy to be settled on screening surface and can significantly improve the grade of the materials.
1. It is a new vibrating screening machine with new design principle.
2. Vibration system of high frequency screen is designed to work in a condition with vibrating damper bearing, and the screening machine can be directly mounted on a solid flat surface or in ordinary steel platform without building foundation.
3. Vibrating frequency of sieve surface is 50Hz, amplitude is 0 to 2 mm, vibrating intensity is 8 to 10 times of gravity acceleration, and 2 to 3 times of general mechanical vibrating screen. The screening surface is of high efficiency, large handling capacity and low pore blocking rate, especially suitable for screening fine powdery materials.
