Roll crusher, which is also called roller crusher, is a new teeth roll crusher independently designed and researched by Hongxing Machinery by referring to the structural principle of American crusher. Roller crusher has many features such as small size, big crushing ratio, simple structure, convenient maintenance, high production ratio, even granularity of the crushed materials, low over-crushing rate, safety and reliability.
Wedge or gasket adjusting device of the teeth roll crusher or smooth roll crusher is equipped between the two rollers of the crusher, and the top of the wedge device is equipped on the adjusting bolt, so when the adjusting bolt of China double roller crusher pulls up the wedge, the wedge will move the roof roller away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers of the smooth roll crusher becomes larger, and the discharging size becomes larger; while when the wedge of the double roll crusher falls down, the rollers decrease the gap between the two rollers under the compression from the spring, and the discharging size becomes smaller. The gasket device of the double roll crusher can be adjusted by changing the quantity or thickness of the particle size of gasket material, when gasket increases, the gap between the two rollers of the smooth roll crusher becomes larger; and when gasket decreases, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller.
The double roll crusher or China double roller crusher is driven by the belt conveyor of the electric motor, and through a pair of middle reduction gear rolls, the fixed roll will rotate; and relying on a pair of long gears on the other side of the fixed roll, the movable roll is driven to move, and the two rolls will move in a relative motion in order to squeeze the materials.
